I’m a mother, a wife, and a woman devoted to living in alignment, continually evolving and returning home to my truth. I believe every woman holds an innate wisdom - a deep knowing, and when nurtured, awakens her magic, her worth, and her power to shape her world.

  • During our initial online call, we’ll explore where you are now and what’s calling you forward.  Together, we’ll create clarity around your next steps and shape a support journey that feels aligned and true to you.

    This sacred, in-depth session invites you to pause, slow down, and return home to yourself.  An opportunity to be deeply seen and heard as you share what feels true, and begin to release what no longer aligns with your heart. 

    Through our time together, we open the pathway for your next chapter, creating a grounded foundation to begin your expansion into the woman you're becoming. It's more than just a conversation; it's an awakening to the energy of the woman and life you deeply desire.

  • There is no set number of sessions - your personal rhythm and path unfolds at its own pace, guided by what best supports your growth. 

    In these sessions, I meet you exactly where you are. Together we'll explore what's present in the moment and take aligned steps towards the woman who is calling you forth. 

    Our work may weave through intuitive energetics ( Reiki ), movement and fascial work, somatic and embodied practices, nervous system support, foundational health, and more. All tailored to what you need in each phase of your journey.

I’m a mother of two, a wife and a woman devoted to living in alignment, continually evolving and returning home to my truth.

My belief is deeply embedded within me, and that is that every woman has an innate knowing. A deep inner wisdom that is the source of her truth and power.

When given the space, she remembers her magic. When supported, she remembers her worth. When she’s aligned, she will change her world.

I mentor from my lived experience, embodied truth and over a decade of working with women in mind, body and soul - not from a method or formula, but from intuition and deep alignment. My guidance is clear, precise and uniquely attuned to you, your divine blueprint, your energy and exactly what your soul needs in this moment of your journey.
